We provide coaching sessions on helping one create change in their life through a self accountability based approach.

We focus first on improving one's self awareness through analyzing concepts in psychology and neuroscience. We collect and shift through your patterns of distorted beliefs, adaptive coping mechanisms, and self sabotage cycles.

We require you to take ownership of your life; the good, the bad, and the ugly. We help you define areas where change is needed based on your individual life compass. We provide you step by step guidance and tools to independently forge forward in your own growth and personal development.

Areas of Expertise:

Emotional regulation and intelligence.

Identifying and/or developing personal strengths.

Goal setting, strategizing and executing goals. Achieving and maintaining healthy relationships.

Creating and improving a physical fitness regime.

Developing a mindfulness practice.

Education on nutritional influences with mental health, co- occurring symptoms, addiction and recovery.

Developing a relapse prevention plan.

Building a beneficial social network.

Addiction recovery case management, including criminal justice involvement.

Mindfulness in Eastern philosophy is the practice of purposely bringing one's attention in the present moment without judgement, which can be done through meditation or other practices.

Mindfulness is used in Western medicine by methods to decrease symptoms and manage disease in the body created by stress. In Western psychotherapy views, mindfulness is used in behavioral therapies where concepts of self-awareness and acceptance are applied for personal growth and development.

Mindfulness is simply self-awareness, observation of cognition without placing judgement on internal thoughts, and being in the here and now vs our past or future narratives.

We incorporate meditation, yoga, and acro yoga as restorative and active mindfulness services in life coaching sessions and singular sessions with virtual options.
